Committee Passes Pending Nominations
 

Washington, DC – The Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation today adopted by voice vote the following nominations:

· Theodore W. Kassinger to be Deputy Secretary of the Department of Commerce

· Deborah Hersman to be a Member of the National Transportation Safety Board

· Thomas Moore to be a Commissioner of the Consumer Product Safety Commission

· Joseph Brennan to be a Commissioner of the Federal Maritime Commission

· Paul Anderson to be a Commissioner of the Federal Maritime Commission

· Jack McGregor to be a Member of the Advisory Board of the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation

· Kirk Van Tine to be Deputy Secretary of the Department of Transportation

· Louis Thompson to be a Member of the Amtrak Reform Board

· U.S. Coast Guard Promotions
