07 DEC 2006 - Design Review # 2 conducted at RB-M PRO in Seattle, WA.
08 NOV 2006 - Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) for Detail Design conducted at Marinette Marine in Marinette, WI.
08 NOV 2006 - Coast Guard prevails in COFC complaint. Contract with Marinette Marine Corporation will continue uninterrupted.
18 OCT 2006 - Oral arguments presented before COFC. A decision is anticipated by 8 November 2006.
13 SEP 2006 - RB-M PRO is established in Seattle, WA.
08 SEP 2006 - Coast Guard places delivery orders for the first six Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) boats.
22 AUG 2006 - Design Review # 1 conducted in Seattle, WA.
20 JUL 2006 - Court denies the preliminary injunction requests of Textron and Otech. Stop work order is lifted. Contract performance is allowed to continue until a decision on the protest is reached.
17 JUL 2006 - Otech's GAO protest is dismissed. Otech files a claim with COFC and requests preliminary injunction to stop work.
13 JUL 2006 - Textron submits a claim to the COFC and requests a preliminary injunction to stop work.
12 JUL 2006 - Post Award Conference at MMC in Marinette, WI. Otech files a post award protest with GAO, causing an automatic stay of contract performance.
30 JUN 2006 - Captain Mark Porvaznik assumes the role of RB-M Project Manager.
23 JUN 2006 - Coast Guard announces contract award to MMC. Press release
18 MAY 2006 - COFC enters final judgment dismissing complaints. The evaluation process continues.
27 APR 2006 - Offerors deliver Final Proposal Revisions. The evaluation process continues.
06 APR 2006 - Contracting Officer closes discussions with all offerors and issues request for Final Proposal Revisions.
16 MAR 2006 - Based on proposed corrective action, COFC dismisses case without prejudice for re-filing. Contracting Officer opens discussions with all offerors.
13 MAR 2006 - Parties enter into settlement discussions.
06 MAR 2006 - COFC consolidates the two complaints, docketed at No. 06-161-C, and establishes a schedule with a ruling anticipated on 28 June 2006. Award is stayed until not earlier than 30 June 2006.
02 MAR 2006 - Second complaint filed with the COFC.
28 FEB 2006 - Complaint filed with the COFC. GAO dismisses all pending action because the matter is before a court of competent jurisdiction.
22 FEB 2006 - GAO dismisses protest which was voluntarily withdrawn and suspends remaining action pending confirmation of complaint with COFC.
21 FEB 2006 - Offeror voluntarily withdraws GAO protest and indicates plan to file complaint with Court of Federal Claims (COFC).

2005

23 DEC 2005 - Pre-award protests filed with Government Accountability Office (GAO). Award is stayed pending resolution.
16 AUG 2005 - Offerors deliver the second part of their proposal and the evaluation process continues.
26 JUL 2005 - Offerors deliver the first part of their proposal and the evaluation process begins.
26 APR 2005 - The solicitation for Phase 2, the RB-M System Production Contract, is issued. Competition is limited to those vendors who successfully delivered a Phase 1 Test Boat, in accordance with the Phase 1 solicitation and an approved Justification For Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC) dated 13 May 2004. The potential offerors are:
- MMC of Marinette, WI
- OTech of Harvey, LA
- Textron of New Orleans, LA 15
MAR 2005 DHS approves KDP-2 and delegates KDP-3 authority to Coast Guard Acquisition Executive.

2004

10 NOV 2004 - DHS Investment Review Board process begins.
05 NOV 2004 - CGARC package approved by Coast Guard Acquisition Executive.
04 OCT 2004 - RB-M formally briefed Key Decision Point Two (KDP-2) to the Coast Guard Acquisition Review Council (CGARC) and the Coast Guard Acquisition Executive.
14 SEP 2004 - RB-M Project Resident Office (PRO) symbolically established at private ceremony. Eventual location of the PRO to be determined upon contract award.
23 JUL 2004 - Feedback from Phase 1 in-water testing provided to Phase 1 contractors .
22 JUL 2004 - Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E) Report for Phase 1 submitted and approved.
20 APR 2004 - OTech test boat leaves the testing site.
19 APR 2004 - Textron test boat leaves the testing site.
15 APR 2004 - MMC test boat leaves the testing site.
08 APR 2004 - The agreements to sell the OTech and MMC Testing Boats back to the respective contractors are signed.
01 APR 2004 - Agreement to sell the Textron Testing Boat back to the contractor is signed.
31 MAR 2004 - RB-M test site in ISC Portsmouth disassembled.

29 OCT 2003 - RB-M Test Boats delivered to ISC Portsmouth.
17 OCT 2003 - Construction of RB-M test site at Integrated Support Command (ISC) Portsmouth completed.
02 MAY 2003 - Phase 1 contracts awarded with delivery of RB-M Test Boats expected on 29 OCT 2003. Press Release.
