A KC-10 Extender connects to a second KC-10, Oct. 17, 2006, over Iraq. The refueling maneuver allowed the connecting KC-10 from the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing to offload more fuel for coalition aircraft missions in the area. A KC-10 can carry as much as 55,385 gallons of fuel.
