Policy regarding the use of any information provided to us.
If you use our "shopping cart" method (below) for ordering,
your order will be electronically sent to us once you complete the final
checkout. Shipping
is included in the price of all publications. Please allow 2-3 weeks for
delivery. If you require a rush shipment, please contact us directly by
phone, e-mail or fax (see above contact information).
There is an order limit of 5 copies of any particular free publication, up to 50 copies total. If a larger order is desired, please contact the Publications Coordinators to discuss shipping costs and availability of products.
We want to make sure that our publications are available to all who want
them. If paying for publications would be a hardship for families or family
organizations, single copies may be offered free on a case-by-case basis.

The Research and Training Center makes its products accessible to diverse
audiences. If you need a publication or product in an alternative format,
