the Proposed Rules and Comments at Regulations.gov
Using the
search tool select in Step 1 "All Documents
(Open and Closed for Comment) and in step 2
select "Rural Utilities Service" to
narrow your search by Federal Department or
by Agency and then submit your search. In the
results list look for the Docket ID column,
and select the RUS-06-Agency-0052 Proposed
Rules item from the list. The public comments
are also listed for review.
Information on using Regulations.gov, including
instructions for accessing documents, submitting
comments, and viewing the docket after the close
of the comment period, is available through
the site's ``User Tips'' link.
