20 Yr Service Award

Mr. Mack Griffin of Greenbrier, Arkansas has been a cooperative observer for the National Weather Service for 20 years.  He has measured temperature and precipitation and mailed his measurements to the National Weather Service at the end of each month. These measurements are sent to the National Climatic Data Center in Asheville, North Carolina and eventually published to become a part of the permanent record of the world's weather.

For his efforts, Mr. Griffin received a 20 Year Length-of-Service Award in August, 2001.
