The Director
coordinates state personnel rulemaking,
dispute resolution processes, and division
communications.
Total Compensation manages
compensation and job evaluation programs, work-life
programs, leave and group benefit plans.
Workforce
Planning & Development manages selection,
workforce planning, training, performance management,
and human resource auditing.
Business Risk
& Loss
Control manages the risk program, and the
Colorado State Employee Assistance Program.
DHR's strategic
