NOAA Weather Radio station WWH-28 provides continuous weather information and forecasts for northeast Oregon. Counties in the broadcast area include Morrow and Gilliam.

Heppner NOAA Weather Radio is cooperative effort between NOAA's National Weather Service (NWS) and the Oregon Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP). The broadcast originates from the NWS in Pendleton and transmits from Wilkenson Hill near Heppner, Oregon on a frequency of 162.425 MHz. Continuous updates are provided.
