Site: Other-POTABLE WATER BUNKERING
Violation: THE FREE CHLORINE RESIDUAL WAS BELOW 2 PPM WHILE ACTIVE POTABLE WATER BUNKERING FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS ON JUNE 11, 2003 AND FOR 4 HOURS ON MAY 2, 2003. THE VESSEL WAS NOT IN U.S. WATERS DURING THIS TIMEFRAME.
Recommendation:5.2.1.1.1 Potable water shall be continuously halogenated to at least 2.0 mg/L (ppm) free residual halogen at the time of bunkering or production with an automatic halogenation device.
*Inspections scores of 85 or lower are NOT satisfactory
