Violation: ONE EMPLOYEE WAS NOTICED COUGHING AND DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. THE EMPLOYEE WAS INFORMED AND THE IMPORTANCE OF HANDWASHING WAS EMPHASIZED.
Recommendation:Ensure handwashing is conducted on a regular basis when needed especially after sneezing or coughing.
