Site: Potable Water-FAR POINT
Violation: THE MANUAL READINGS AT THE POTABLE WATER DISTRIBUTION FAR POINT WERE 1.5 PPM (ENGINEER) 1.6 PPM (INSPECTOR) AND THE HALOGENATION CHART-RECORDER SHOWED A READING OF 1.2 PPM.
Recommendation:Ensure that the free residual halogen measured by the halogen analyzer is ±0.2 mg/L (ppm) of the free residual halogen measured by the manual test.
*Inspections scores of 85 or lower are NOT satisfactory
