If you are not an Alaskan, may I suggest that contacting the elected representatives from your own state might bring about a quicker response to your concern. If you are requesting assistance with a personal matter involving a federal agency (e.g., the VA, Department of Defense, etc.), please be sure to complete a Personal Information Release form and fax it to your local delegation office.
