Single Company Promotion

Build market recognition and awareness, increase market presence and introduce new products to targeted customers in the Philippines through the Single Company Promotion (SCP). Our Commercial Specialists will work with you to plan, organize and execute strategies such as product launch, sales and marketing seminars, technology presentations and other marketing techniques. Cost and scope of work are defined and agreed upon between U.S. Commercial Service and the requesting U.S. company. State-of-the-art conference and audio/visual equipment are available.

User Fees for Our Conference Facilities

  • Conference Room

    $100 per day or part thereof
    Description: There are three separate rooms with conference table and seating for 16 persons each. Folding walls can be removed to provide one large room with seating capacity of up to 100 persons. A plasma video screen for video-conferencing, a large-screen TV with VCR, overhead projector, computer and sound system are available.
  • Video Conferencing

    $100 video conferencing facilitation fee
    Plus line charges at cost (usually $1.50 per minute for overseas calls)
    Description: We have PictureTel videoconferencing equipment with pan and zoom camera. Incoming video is displayed on large plasma screen for best results. A typical one hour video conference with the U.S. will cost about $200.
  • Catering Services

    On-site catering services are provided by executive dining services in the Ayala Life Building. Various menus are available. Cost depends on dishes and drinks you select.
