Visit USA Committee COLOMBIA -was created in 1987 to support the work of U.S. tourism agencies in promoting US destination, services and products. Visit USA Committee COLOMBIA is comprised of companies representing the tourism sector interested in promoting the American tourism market.
Presently, Visit USA Committee COLOMBIA committee has 36 active members from the cities of Bogota, Cali and Medellin The company members belong to sectors such as airlines, travel agencies, wholesalers, tourism offices, car rentals, cruises, hotels, electronic reservations systems.
Visit USA Committee enjoys strategic relations with the Travel Industry Association - TIA  and the US Embassy through its Commercial section, The Embassy is also an honorary member of our organization. The sector recognizes Visit USA Committee COLOMBIA as a nonprofit organization present in Colombia for over 15 yeras, therefore, all assemblies and trainings have an institutional nature.

Position effectively the "United States" as a tourism product within and throughout the tourism sector, making the commercialization of services offered by members from the Visit USA Committee COLOMBIA easier and developing new and innovative ways of promotion.

The tourism companies, which make up the US destination in the country, are represented within the Visit USA Committee Colombia. Our organization seeks out ways to work closely with public and private entities in search of mechanisms and strategies, which will facilitate and promote to the US.
