image Diverse groups analyzed for education, health, safety, & financial status
The state continues to become more racially and ethnically diverse. Asian/Pacific Islanders - compared to other diverse groups - have made the most progress.

African Americans, Native Americans and Hispanics fared less well in reaching the levels that white Oregonians enjoy for numerous measures of education, health and safety, and financial status.
