The Office of Performance Budgeting and Strategic Planning is the focal point of Treasury's budget and performance integration efforts. The Office oversees Competitive Sourcing, the President's Management Agenda and Program Assessment Rating Tool and provides guidance to the Bureaus on policy issues.
