AMENDMENT 002 - (3/5/02)
The purpose of this amendment is to amend the application
process by inserting one additional file, which is required to be
submitted with the application. Specifically, this amendment
increases the number of Volume I files from five to six. The
information contained in the additional deleted files from
Amendment 01 will be required after selection only from those
applicants that are selected for award (see article 4.10).

AMENDMENT 001 - (3/5/02)
The purpose of this amendment is to
change the solicitation by deleting the number of files which are
required to be submitted with the application. It also
clarifies/amends the page limitation in the technical volume. As
changed, the technical discussion and the Statement of Project
Objectives together cannot exceed 20 double spaced pages.
The other file attachments provide information which was presented
at the Native American workshop held on January 29, 2002 in Las
Vegas, Nevada. This information includes a list of conference
attendees, questions and answers from the workshop, and the
PowerPoint presentations related to the solicitation and DOE's
