An unsettled weather pattern will develop for the beginning of the week as a round of disturbances march through the northern plains. This will bring chances for showers and thunderstorms through Tuesday. Some storms may become severe on Sunday and Monday, particularly from the Black Hills into the plains of southwest, west central, and south central South Dakota. Large hail and damaging wind gusts will be the main threats.
