Weather Impact...Moderate. Some showers thunderstorms will develop over western and central Wyoming and western Colorado this afternoon. The activity will then spread east through Sunday as a cold front moves through the region. The storms this afternoon and evening will produce wind gusts to 45 MPH, lightning, moderate rainfall and the possibility of small hail. Stronger storms are likely over the panhandle Sunday afternoon. South winds will gust to 30 MPH this afternoon through Sunday morning over the panhandle, eastern Colorado and western South Dakota. Temperatures will be mild today and then a bit cooler in most places for Sunday. Highs today will be in the 70s to mid 80s, with 60s over the mountains. Lows tonight will be from 45 to 55, with 35 to 45 in the mountains. Highs for Sunday will be in the 70s to lower 80s, with upper 50s to upper 60s in the mountains.
