Angela Fraser, Ph.D.
Dr. Angela Fraser is an Associate
Professor/Food Safety Education
Specialist at North Carolina State
University. She provides program
expertise and statewide leadership on
issues related to food safety
education for consumer and retail food
audiences. Her applied research
focuses on program evaluation,
specifically the measurement of food
safety knowledge and practices upon
completion of educational
interventions. Dr. Fraser's
educational background is in food
science, institutional administration,
and dietetics. All of her degrees were
earned at Michigan State University.
