Use of Government credit cards for official purchases are managed under the Purchase Card Program and the Fleet Card Program (for automotive fleet requirements). The Purchase Card Management System (PCMS) is the USDA automated system used to maintain both purchase and fleet card accounts; and track, reconcile, control and pay for purchase card transactions and also fleet card transactions.
