We have over 140 field offices located in all the major towns and cities throughout our Region. Large cities (e.g., Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Richmond, Pittsburgh, etc.) have several field offices. We also have over 15 Offices of Hearings and Appeals. There are teleservice centers in Philadelphia, PA, Manassas, VA, Pittsburgh, PA and Baltimore, MD, where employees answer thousands of questions each day about Social Security programs. Our Regional Office and Program Service Center are located at 300 Spring Garden Street in Philadelphia, PA. Our national headquarters is in Baltimore, MD.
