Supplier Information Database
Note: This is a general supplier database. This database DOES NOT prequalify you or guarantee you subcontracts.
Note: This is a different database from Oak Ridge National Laboratory's (ORNL's) statistical vendor master database. If the vendor information changes (i.e. name, address, SB status, etc.) the vendor needs to contact their ORNL Buyer or Administrator.
Instructions: To complete the Supplier Information Database;
- Be sure you have your corporate Dun & Bradstreet number, which is required to complete the questionnaire. Go to the Dun & Bradstreet Web Site to get a number, if needed.
- The following are required Fields that you will need to complete before your information can be saved and a password issued: Company Name and complete address; Point of Contact Name and e-mail address; Material Codes; Small Business Concern classification (i.e. SB, SDB, WOB, etc.); Dun & Bradstreet number; and Name and telephone number of individual completing questionnaire.
