Our lab is involved in development of computational algorithms and associated software for genomic sequence analysis. Among them are a comprehensive set of tools for comparative genomics including publicly available Web servers and software, visualization tools, DNA functional sites prediction, and others.

These Web sites contain a more detailed description of our research projects, access to our computational tools and publications, free downloadable and web-based software, and other information.

VISTA - a suite of programs and databases for comparative analysis of genomic sequences.

The VISTA Enhancer Browser - a central resource for experimentally validated human noncoding fragments with gene enhancer activity as assessed in transgenic mice.

RegTransBase -- a database of regulatory sequences and interactions in a wide range of prokaryotic genomes.

SNP-VISTA - an interactive SNP visualization tool.

TreeQ-VISTA - an interactive tree visualization tool with functional annotation query capabilities.
