Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate wants to share its franchise business model with international entrepreneurs through a master franchise agreement. This type of business arrangement, which has been managed by its parent company Realogy Corporation for its multiple other brands over the past decade, empowers entrepreneurs to plan for their own success using a comprehensive system. Under the master franchise model, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate will grant an entrepreneur the exclusive franchising rights for particular regions, an entire country, or multiple countries.
Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate will provide guidance to sales and marketing programs, purchasing services, training sessions, quality assurance and franchise service programs, and franchise sales support to enable a master franchise holder to expand effectively.
