The
TMO Quality Assurance Specialist assists the organization in its
pursuit of being a world-class organization. This is accomplished by performing,
coaching, and coordinating a wide variety of activities to help
the organization achieve a high level of quality. These
activities include process analysis/process mapping, strategic
planning, management system planning, independent and self assessments,
investigations, problem tracking and trending, corrective actions/
commitments, customer surveys, and performance improvement. The
Quality Assurance Specialist works with all TMO staff members
