  Unemployment Insurance Division

Unemployment Insurance is a program to pay temporary benefits to those workers who lose their job through no fault of their own, are seeking work, and meet definite requirements.

The program is financed entirely by employers covered under the Wyoming Employment Security Law.

The following functions are handled by the UI Division.

  1. UI Claims and Payments
  2. UI Adjudication
  3. Employer Protests and Charging
  4. Benefit Accuracy Measurement
  5. Lower Level Appeals
  6. Higher Level Appeals and Legal

Unemployment Insurance Claims on the Internet
Unemployment Insurance initial, additional, and reopened claims can be filed via the Web at http://wyui.doe.state.wy.us.
