In this day in age, everyone has expenses from mortgages, auto loans, college tuition, etc. There are a lot of offers on the Internet to relieve you of these burdens. Unfortunately, all too often these offers are scams. Online predators prey on individuals' trust and financial needs. Be careful of offers that claim:

- — The scholarship is guaranteed or your money back.
- — You must provide a credit card or bank account number to hold the scholarship.
- — You are a finalist in a contest you never entered.
