Full payment must be made in advance to ESTSC. Payment options include:
U.S. currency using financial instruments drawn on U.S. banks (checks or electronic funds transfers)
Use of a valid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, PrivateIssue and Bravo)
Purchase orders (without advance payment) may be accepted from DOE, DOE Contractors, and other Federal agencies
ESTSC will begin to process an order for scientific and technical software the day it is received if the payment and signed site license agreement forms are in order. Normally orders are processed within three to five days. If the forms are not in order, ESTSC will contact you. No further action will be taken until all required information and/or payment is received. The software package will be delivered via First Class U.S. Mail unless otherwise requested. If express delivery is requested, your account will be charged for any additional costs.
