Request for Proposals: Small-Scale Community Wind Projects 2006

On behalf of Governor Edward G. Rendell, the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA) cordially invites Pennsylvania municipalities, authorities and school districts to apply to participate in the PEDA Small-Scale Community Wind Project. PEDA will select the 15 best proposals to receive Southwest Windpower's next generation small-scale wind system for permanent deployment at a public building or facility. Successful applicants will receive the Southwest Windpower small-scale wind system and basic installation at no charge, but will have to pay any additional costs, including interconnection fees, themselves. Any additional costs incidental to specific project locations also must be borne by the project applicant. Please see the Web site for full application details.
