e-mail, including such things as
- Name of the NCCS computing system with which you are having
a problem.
- A pointer to job scripts (if applicable).
- Job ID.
- Job output showing error.
- Time the problem occurred.
- Ticket number if the problem has previously
been logged with the NCCS User Services Group.

additional information.
Always indicate your userid—spelling
it out, if necessary—in any voice
mail message and provide as much
detail as possible about the problem
you are having (see bullets in
