NCCS online documentation
uses the following typographic
conventions to make it easier to distinguish
among exact and user-supplied
input and computer output in our
instructions:
Constant-width
text is used to show the computer
output from commands.
Constant-width
bold text is used
to show commands or other text
to be typed literally.
Italics (either bold or regular) are used
to show generic text that should
be replaced with user-supplied
values. |
