eCMS (Electronic Contract Management System)

VA's Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) Vendor Portal application allows industry partners to access VA procurement actions, provide responses and receive contract awards/orders, provide acknowledgement/shipping information, and submit invoices via the World Wide Web (www).

When using eCMS for the first time with VA E-Authentication, users will have the opportunity to link their E-Authentication credential to their existing eCMS account.  If a user does not have an eCMS account he or she will be able to create one.  After a user links their E-Authentication credential to eCMS during the first encounter, he or she can skip that step in subsequent logons and proceed directly into eCMS.
