University Radioactive Ion Beam Consortium

The University Radioactive Ion Beam (UNIRIB) group is a unique division at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education. UNIRIB personnel conduct cutting-edge basic nuclear physics research using the fast-growing technique of radioactive ion beams. The UNIRIB group leverages national laboratory and university resources to effectively accomplish the Department of Energy's strategic goals in the fundamental structure of nuclei.
