Application Process for Indian Health Service (IHS)
Pharmacy Residency Programs

** Application Deadline is Close of Business, January 15, 2009 **

The IHS Residency programs will complete the selection for the residency class no later than February 28th. This selection process will not be part of the ASHP Matching Program.

Applicants are encouraged to apply to the Commissioned Corps personnel system. You can discuss other available options with the Pharmacy Director or Residency Director (DOC - 46KB) at the residency site(s) you are applying to. Unless otherwise directed, the Phoenix Area IHS, Office of Human Resources will forward all pertinent application materials to the Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service following the selection of the residency class.
