Manage Your Land for Wildlife - A Wildlife Management Handbook for Landowners, is a new book available from MSU Exension.

The book, written by wildlife biologist James Knight, is for landowners seeking to improve wildlife habitat and quality of life for animals on their land. Knight shares knowledge from nearly 40 years of experience in the classroom, in professional societies, and most importantly in the field.

The 256-page book has management information on more than 20 species of animals, including habitat needs, water and nutrition requirements, disease and predation dangers and more. It also includes 21 full page, full color photos as well as full color diagrams of planting and habitat recommendations.
