Environmental Justice Task Force convenes first meeting
Governor Kulongoski looks at Willamette River Group ensures all Oregonians have a voice in environmental policy decisions
The group will work to ensure the meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, education or income with respect to environmental public policy development. The task force was established by Senate Bill 420, a proposal championed by Senator Avel Gordly in 2007.
