Work with BRG leadership to support integration activities within ETA and with external strategic partners
Broker connections for multi-state businesses, business associations, associations representing targeted populations, and others to the Workforce Investment System and support their engagement with other ETA offices as appropriate
Continuously engage industry leadership in high-growth, high-demand industry sectors to identify workforce challenges, promote the development of workforce solutions through strategic partnerships, and to feed back the results of the High Growth Job Training Initiative
Connect industry to the WIRED framework and help position business in regional economies
Work collaboratively with the Division of Workforce System Support on development of career guidance strategies (including Career Voyages, the In Demand Magazines, etc.) that include industry specific information and implementation of the Competency Model Initiative
Manage and oversee BRG investments including development of SGAs, management of the selection process, and supporting and providing technical assistance to Regional FPOs and grantees
Develop mechanisms to identify, capture, and communicate about strategies, approaches, and products developed by grantees that resulted in successful outcomes
Oversee performance management of BRG investments including direction and technical assistance and support for FPOs and grantees, monitoring and evaluating performance, and developing performance improvement strategies
Work collaboratively on program reporting requirements and common performance measurement
