The Integrated Support Commands (ISCs) are the Coast Guard's centers of excellence for simplified acquisitions procedure (SAP) procurements. The ISCs are responsible for acquiring goods and services that exceed the contracting authority of the units within the ISC's area of responsibility. The ISCs have contracting authority up to $50,000. |
