Cigars and Pipes

Although women don’t smoke cigars and pipes as much as men, recent data show the number of women smoking cigars is increasing. Many people think that cigars and pipes are safer than cigarettes, but this is not true. Even if you don’t inhale, you’re still at higher risk for oral and throat cancers. Cigar and pipe smokers also have higher rates of lung cancer and heart disease than nonsmokers.
