Conservation Security Program (CSP) - 2008

Attention!! Farmers in the Upper East Fork White River Watershed may be eligible to apply for the 2008 Conservation Security Program if you answer yes to the following questions.
 

1.   Is the majority of your Ag Operation in a CSP Watershed?

2.      Are you in compliance with Farm Bill Highly Erodible Land/Wetland Compliance provisions?

3.      Do you have cropland, hayland, pastureland, vineyards and/or orchards that you wish to enroll in Conservation Security Program (CSP)?

4.      If you have livestock on pasture, do you rotate your pastures and keep records of the rotation?

5.      Do you practice residue management, nutrient management, and/or pest management on at least a portion of your cropland?  

If you answer yes to all of these questions on all or part of your Ag operation, you need to complete the CSP Self-Assessment Workbook which can be found at http://www.nrcs.usda.gov/programs/csp or at your local NRCS office (see local contacts below).

2008 CSP National Enhancements
