Dr. Jamila Rashid Dr. Jamila Rashid received the Hildrus Augustus Poindexter Award at the American Public Health Association (APHA) 132nd Annual Meeting held November, 2004 in Washington, D.C.

OMH Congratulates Dr. Jamila Rashid for Receiving
the Hildrus A. Poindexter Award
Dr. Jamila Rashid was awarded the 2004 Hildrus A. Poindexter Award by the Black Caucus of Health Workers.  The award was presented at the annual award dinner in Washington, DC in November 2004. The Award was presented to Dr. Rashid for her outstanding service to the black community.
