DisabilityInfo.Gov - The site supports the Bush adminstrations efforts to reduce barriers to the employment of people with disabilities.
Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC) - delivers benefits to eligible employees and former employees of the Department of Energy, its contractors and subcontractors or to certain survivors of such individuals, as provided in the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act. The mission also includes delivering benefits to certain beneficiaries of the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act.
DOL's FairPay Overtime Initiative - Welcome to the Web site designed to help you understand the Department's new FairPay rules that strengthen overtime protections. Under the new FairPay rules, workers earning less than $23,660 per year -- or $455 per week -- are guaranteed overtime protection. This will strengthen overtime rights for 6.7 million American workers, including 1.3 million low-wage workers who were denied overtime under the old rules.
