Uranium Production

The production of uranium concentrate in the United States by FDI affiliates increased slightly in 2005 as a result of a production increase by affiliates of Cameco (Canada), the only FDI-affiliate producers in 2004, and the resumption of uranium production by FDI affiliates of International Uranium (Canada) at a mill near Blanding, Utah, that had been on standby for all of 2004.
