2006 Superfund Basic Research Program Annual Meeting: New Technologies to Assess Environmental ExposureThe SBRP Annual Meeting will feature a Poster Session on Monday evening, from 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm. This year, the Poster room will be open for poster viewing from 8:00 am on the first day until 5:00 pm on the last day. The Poster Session will take place concurrently with a Reception, and refreshments will be available. SBRP-funded students are eligible for the Best Student Poster Award, so please be sure to indicate your status as a student on the abstract submittal form. Student poster judging will be based on the SBRP Student Poster Competition Evaluation Criteria. (http://www.niehs.nih.gov/news/events/pastmtg/2006/sbrp/docs/criteria.pdf) (23 KB) Posters may be set up anytime between 8:00 am and 12:30 pm on Monday, including during the scheduled Breaks and between Conference Sessions. The poster display boards are of a fabric material and push-pins or Velcro can be used to mount the poster. Using push-pins is the preferred method, and push pins will be made available for your use. If you plan to use Velcro, please note that you will need to supply your own Velcro to mount your poster. Posters may be up to 42" tall and up to 56" wide. Poster presenters are required to submit an abstract to the conference organizers via the Abstract Submittal Form. If your abstract is chosen for either a Poster Display or a Platform Presentation, you will be notified by the conference organizers. There is limited display space for posters, and only those chosen and notified by the organizers will be allocated space during the Poster Session.
