I am a member of the American Council of the Blind.  I want to register my agreement with the report concerning accessible warnings for blind and visually impaired persons.  I have been blind all my life, and being a pedestrian is becoming both harder and more dangerous with every passing year. 

Please consider seriously the report endorsed by the ACB.
