Public Comments on the Draft Guidelines for Public Rights-of-Way
On June 17, 2002, the Board released for public comment draft guidelines on accessible public rights-of-way.  The guidelines, which are based on a report submitted by an advisory committee established by the Board, were available for comment until October 28, 2002.  Public comments received on the draft guidelines are entered into a rulemaking docket and are also posted on this page. The Board held a public meeting in Portland, Oregon, on October 8, 2002, which provided an opportunity to submit comment. The Board has also received comments on the advisory committee report, which have been entered into the docket and included here as well.
