My name is Paul Delpape I am blind and concerned about the information I have been hearing about putting APS devices at all intersections. This I believe would be a hazard not a help to blind people. We rely on our hearing of traffic patterns to move This extra noise will interfere with that ability. It would confuse rather than aid us. thank you for reconsidering this potentially dangerous option.
