My name is David Bondoc.  I want to express my support for the PROWAC movement.  I'm actually not a low vision person, but I am involved with a low vision family, and I want to understand more about the legal and physical struggles eveyone must be going through right now. 

I understand that many area, not just DC, but also all over maryland and virginia, there need to be more accessible street corners for everyone. I'm sorry there hasn't been much help or support for this issue from any government agencies, but if it mean anything, I'll support you and this movement. I really want to learn more about the lives of blind, and low vision citizens so I can find new and better ways to help you fight for your cause.
