The New York Region’s Work Incentives Network (WIN) was established in February 1999, in anticipation of the passage of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act (TWWIIA) of 1999. Click here for more information on the provisions of this Act and Social Security work incentives.

The WIN was formed in response to requests from advocates and representatives of both public and private agencies for increased access to information on Social Security's work incentive programs and in order to promote opportunities for persons with disabilities. Over 300 of these organizations are now members of the network. Click here to view the WIN Member Directory.

Regional WIN conferences are held about once a year to bring together representatives from New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Local WIN conferences are also held periodically. If you are interested in attending these conferences, click here to locate your local WIN coordinator.
